Stunning views with comfortable room, but lousy service at the bar during breakfast.

The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the bay and the town. The room itself was clean and comfortable, a real treat after a day of exploring. I enjoyed sipping drinks on the spacious balcony while soaking in the sunset. The rooftop pool added an extra touch to the experience, perfect for relaxing with a panoramic view. However, not everything was perfect. I often felt the staff was a bit short-handed, especially during busy times. Ordering drinks at the bar took a frustratingly long time, with limited menu options that just didn’t cut it for the price. Dining service was a bit disorganized, and walk-in dining at times felt chaotic with unclean tables. Also, the hotel was quite isolated, with taxis costing around 12 euros each way to get into town, which seemed excessive. They could really benefit from offering shuttle services to the main attractions. Overall, the stunning views and nice room made it worthwhile, but improvements in service and dining options are definitely needed.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. The business center offered excellent facilities that helped me efficiently prepare for meetings. Additionally, the staff were attentive and assisted promptly with any requests I had during my work sessions.
Accessibility to the city center was quite inconvenient.

It was just a balanced option for a brief retreat in San Sebastian with excellent value for money. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the friendly service from the waitress. If you want to visit the city, be ready to take taxis or walk a lot.

I loved enjoying the stunning views from my room's balcony and indulging in the delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, and I really appreciated the sun terrace for soaking up some rays. Just a heads up, the hotel did feel a bit dated, but it didn't take away from the amazing experience! 🌅

Breathtaking, Breathtaking, Breathtaking
The views were absolutely magnificent, featuring an unobstructed 180-degree panorama of the ocean and La Concha Bay right from my balcony. I felt so lucky to unwind at the rooftop pool, where I could soak in the stunning sunsets with the city below. The stunning views from our room were definitely the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and indulged in some delicious meals in the dining room, where the service was commendable. Although the hotel is located on a hill, making it a bit of a trek to the Old Town, it was worth it for the tranquility and scenery. One downside was the limited coffee supply in our room, but that was a minor issue compared to the overall experience.
